“Our garage door would not stay open once we raised it. We knew that it was a problem that had to be fixed. I actually was told that I needed new springs, and new rollers. The technician told me he could fix the problem temporarily if I couldn't commit to the price on that day. I ended up getting 2 new springs, and I do need new rollers, (they have NEVER been replaced)! I was never told they needed to bereplaced by my last door company! I was in shock!! Anyway, the technician told me that the rollers could wait until the Spring, but they will eventually, definitely need to be replaced. I am going to make an appointment in the Spring to get the rollers replaced. I hope I get the same technician! He was very polite, friendly, and gave a fair price. The technician told me what I needed, the cost, and then told me what I could do to "fix" the problem if I didn't want to spend so much money in one day. When I called to make an appointment to get my garage door fixed, the person on the phone told me that I could get a SAME DAY appointment! She was very polite and friendly. When the serviceman showed up (right on time) he diagnosed the problem, gave me some options, and got to work on fixing my door. The entire repair was about 30 minutes. I will use this company over and over for my garage door needs. The technician put a sticker near my door, as well, which gives me a quick reference if needed! I don't have to dig through past invoices to find the company I used, or the phone number. I am a very satisfied customer!”
