I have not yet ordered a patio heater because I am still shopping around, but when I called Advanced Misting Systems through their sister website, gasotdoorpatioheaters.com, the sales rep (I wish I could remember his name!) was very helpful in telling me about some of the different kinds of patio heaters they carry and telling me the difference between gas, electric and radiant heat. I'm not ready to commit to a purchase yet, but I will likely order through this company when I do.”
