Purchased a Tulip tree and Autumn Blaze Maple as part of the Coal City Arbor Day 2018 promotion with iTrees and Spring Grove Nursery. iTrees and ComEd worked together to plant the trees as part of the promotion. Both trees are doing well and healthy. Great option for trees in the Illinois area.

iTrees was everything I hoped for and more! We recently had to remove a dying tree that we loved and cared for for over 30 years. It went into shock after a "professional tree service" removed critical branches 7 years ago. It never recovered. So in our search for a new tree we found iTrees. The tree we lost was a Washington Hawthorne that flowered in the spring and had red berries in the fall. Just a beautiful tree in front of our house. So we couldn't just put in any tree, it had to be special. We sent a picture of the front of our house and Brittney and Marlee took it from there. We received a few recommendations and selected the Heritage River Birch. A beautiful tree all year round. The gentleman who installed the tree took great care to make sure the positioning was perfect!. Caring people delivering exemplary customer service at a reasonable cost. Bravo iTrees!

iTrees was terrific. We came with some specific ideas which were largely formed after spending a little time on their clear and helpful website, helping us choose just the right trees for our parkway in front of our home. We also decided on an additional ornamental tree for a separate space. Choosing our exact trees was easy and gratefully, possible. Delivery day went smoothly and installation was terrific. After a heavy rain a few months later, one of the trees became crooked so they came right back to remedy the situation, with instructions on how to prevent it in the future. We'd recommend them (and have) highly!

Very timely service - the two man crew arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job planting our new tree. The area around the new tree was undisturbed and left clean. Yes, I'd recommend them!!

I have purchased two trees from iTrees and could not have been happier with the fast service and quick response they have given me both times. The crew planted the trees exactly where I placed the markers and did a very nice, neat job. They cleaned up when they were finished and when I got home I would not have known they had been there except for the new trees. The trees are young but seem very healthy. Because it is winter here in the midwest, and the trees were planted in the fall, I don’t know how they will look in the spring. I am looking forward to seeing how the colors turn out especially next fall. I highly recommend this company.
