Recently we bought 2 Agave Blue Glow from here. Died within 5 weeks of purchase. Emailed for help or asking if there were any guarantee. Initial response from Frank (I believe owner) was short and curt. After asking for more information I did not get a response at all. Tried one more time, still no response. We will not be going back nor recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely the worst landscaping company in North Scottsdale. I had them as my landscaper for a couple of years. They started off well and were very professional. However, in 2017, they simply began to get worse and worse. They will rip you off on every opportunity they have. Stay away!

If I could provide 0 stars I would. It was explained to me that to install a 5gal bucket plant it was $45/hr plus the $45/delivery. Sounded fair, however, they invoice you after the fact. A 3 man team showed up to plant one small plant. They were here 45 minutes which part of it was chit chat and offering them cold water. The invoice came today for 3 hours. They sent a 3man crew to do a 1man job and I have to pay for all 3. Not once did they state they send out 3 man. Dishonesty is their policy. Stay clear!!

I was not very happy about the work and professionalism of this business. Last May I had them come out to plant some large planters for me. When I came back in October I had noticed that the soil had dropped at least 6 inches which caused most of the plants to hardly been seen. I went to the Nursery three times to let them know what had happened and do they stand behind their work. I was told they would be out to fix the work. No charge for this visit was mentioned. On two other occasions we had to stop by the nursery to remind them of their commitment still no one came out. In frustration my partner dropped by to see what the problem was and he was told there would be a fee for them to come out. This was a fee to do the work they had once already done 5 months earlier. Tammy who works at the nursery told me that the soil drops over time and that this is expected. I told her that the planters I planted myself had not dropped and that their was no difference in them. She told me that they use a less quality soil as it is less expensive. I had not asked for a lesser quality soil at the time nor did I complain about the price at the time of our agreement. It would seem to me that the lesser quality soil is so you have to have them come back out and pay them once again for the work. As one can imagine I was upset however I did not swear nor yell at her but merely restated the fact that they had done the work once and that there was no mention of a fee to come out and redo it. I did mention that if work was not done as previously agreed that I would not do my business at North Scottsdale Nursery again in the future. She stated that she was prepared to cut me a "deal" but since I had "threatened" her with not coming back to their Nursery she would charge me the full fee. This is not a business that you want to work with or buy product from as they do not stand behind there work nor do they follow up on promises. I have had my own business for over 20 years and customer service and integrity has always been important. You will not find it here.

They did an update to my existing landscaping. It was done on time and they were very professional. Their follow up was also very good - they even came out while we were gone to check the plants, watering some pots, that do not have irrigation. The owner came several times during the install and was very good to work with.
