This company has it down to a science- I made an appointment online, received a confirmation email that they were coming, and then the guy called me as he was driving to my home. You can't ask for better. He was on time, professional, and knew what he was doing. He fixed three broken heads for me pretty quickly and I got an emailed receipt by the time he was leaving. Pretty impressive.

Cannot beat this company when it comes to Customer Service, office reps are so personable and attentive. Technicians follow office lead and even put on booties over their work boots when they came into my home to turn the water on. Prices are more than fair and they even guarantee all work and they show up on time! Couldn't be happier.

We just had a sprinkler system installed recently by Pacific Lawn Sprinklers. From start to finish it was an easy process. They had a rep come to the house and give me an estimate. He was extremely professional and educated me regarding irrigation. Extremely knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what the property needed for proper watering. The installation team came a week later to install the system and I thought they were going to tear my grass and flower beds apart. They couldn't have been more neat. The yard didn't look disturbed at all. The team of guys that did the installation were very professional and extremely polite. I definitely would recommend them if you need a sprinkler system installed. Working with them now about installing landscape lighting.

I used Pacific this past winter for the first time. I told them I needed an early weekend appt and they accommodated me, my appt was between 730-9am and they showed up at 7:30am. The guy even called me to let me know he was on his way. It was only $55 and I did not have any issues during the winter. I’m going to use them to turn on the sprinklers this year since 2 of my neighbors on my block also use them.

I got a sprinkler system installed by them. There WASN'T ANYONE supervising these unskilled laborers. They had to come back three times to address issues. They messed up the lawn. They damaged the siding. They stressed out evergreens. The sprinkler heads are titled, crooked, not lined up, placed all over the place...SLOPPY WORK. Charged for more than originally quoted. I scheduled a winterization. I spoken with the Manager. Not very accommodating. Obviously this company is just the illusion of a professionally run business. I hired a "larger" landscaper because you can usually depend on the quality and the labor used. They use the cheapest unskilled laborer that don't know how to use a level. My control panel was nailed to the wall crookedly. The rain sensor was installed terribly. The valve boxes were uneven and crook in the ground. Sprinkler lines unparalleled. Sprinkler heads not properly adjusted. The sprinkler head was installed pouring water on the house. They charged me to fix some of these issues with installation. DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING. You consistently have to manage directly their day laborers and employees that they send over to do work on your property. WHY AM I PAYING THESE PEOPLE to manage and oversee their work? WHY AM I babysitting these people, telling them to make it straight, make it even, use a line, use a level, etc. I had to provide them with them with tools when they came back to correct the installation. They don't take responsibility for their work. They do their bare minimum, charge a premium.

I had my sprinkler system winterized and restarted in the spring. The technician also replaced damaged heads and set up my sprinkler schedule quickly. He was very friendly and professional. Prices are competitive and reasonable.
