We were so excited to find THE MAILBOX DOCTOR online and then the rest was super easy to place an order. It did not take long and what came in was exactly what we wanted. After building the dream house all we needed was the best mailbox for the front of our home to complete the look. WOW is all I can say. It completes our modern look and is very efficient, even our mail person was impressed. I get comments all the time asking where we got it and I am more than happy to share. Doris was very helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I ended up ordering the Odyssey unit with the LED backlighting. I was very happy with the construction, weight and sturdiness of the unit. I was a little concerned about mounting the unit on concrete when all the photos I'd seen were mounted in grass. Doris included 4 bolts necessary to do the mounting and it all went exceedingly smoothly. It took one whole Saturday to install the unit but the majority of time was spent running the low voltage lighting wires under 2 sidewalks. You would not have that problem if you mounted in the grass. We also spent some time cutting into the concrete to ensure the unit was level as my sidewalk is sloped. I could not be happier with how it came out and how beautiful it looks. I have received many compliments on my new mailbox. I would highly recommend The Mailbox Doctor; they were responsive, communicative, helpful, friendly, and have a great product.

We love our new mailbox!! Our neighbors have given many compliments and one of them said it was the prettiest mailbox she has ever seen! The staff at Mailbox Doctor had some helpful advice for installation, which ended up being pretty simple. We added an 8x24" piece of slate in front to make it a bit more formal. Sure is better than the massive brick mailbox that it replaced! The backlighting of the house number on the post makes a beautiful statement. We are very happy we found The Mailbox Doctor!!

My experience with the design, selection, install and quality of the mailbox was excellent. Doris, owner, provided a list of sites nearby to view, answered all my questions, arranged the installation and was onsite for the final install. The construction and quality of the mailbox is excellent and it really complements our modern architecture. Its only been installed a few weeks and we get lots of compliments! There aren't enough FANTASTIC words out there to express my overwhelming joy with the Mailbox Doctor! I am a very picky and meticulous person and Doris handled working with me like a dream! She is VERY knowledgeable about their products AND has a vast knowledge on installation. Ordering online was very easy as well. She sent me photos to make sure everything was the way I wanted. She was available to speak to my installer as well. I actually ordered both the original metal "dome" box and the Metro! I switch them up and keep the neighbors guessing!! LOL Mailboxes are made of strong sturdy metal and the bronze was a beautiful deep rich color. Doris and the Mailbox Doctor are the REAL DEAL! Don't settle for the imitators! #HappyInMiami
