This company has broken multiple parts of my fence and multiple times from March of this year to July 19th. They have hidden damaged parts of the fence. When I requested a simple fix to the most recent damage they did, the owner refused to do the fix. I will never use this company again

We can both agree that we have had an ongoing discussion about the disrepair of your gate; it has been unserviceable and complicated since the time we began. We are not responsible for gates in need of repair and our policy states this in your New Customer Information. Despite your disrespectful communication of yelling and cursing at several of our staff members, we have continued to provide honest, professional and knowledgeable service. We wish you the best.
