Hydro-Tech Irrigation Co.

My husband and I have used Hydro-Tech several times to service our sprinkler system that came installed with our home and have been disappointed each time. On the most recent (and final) occasion, they showed up over an hour after the 5 hour window they provided, and only after we called to follow up. When they repaired a break in electrical wiring in our system, we were charged for materials without any explanation - only to find out when we received our bill two weeks later - and were also charged for labor for an assistant technician which we did not request. Each time, I have also felt that the technicians were lingering unnecessarily and charging us for the extra time. I cannot recommend Hydro-Tech, as they are not transparent with their business practices, nor have they ever once been apologetic to us about inconveniencing their customers.

Very professional and fast. The work was performed as expected. The technician took the time to explain what he was doing and to impart information to me.

Joe Horvath and his team were superb professional in all aspects of our project (including both irrigation and outdoor lighting.) The system planning, installation and follow up was excellent and executed at the precise price of the estimate. I strongly recommend Hydro-Tech (and I am not an easy grader!)

Fantastic job done by Hydro-Tech! On the day of the job Hydro-Tech showed up early and finished the job by mid afternoon. They were extremely professional and courteous. After the job was completed they followed up and explained how to use the in-ground sprinkler system and the controller. A few months after the job was finished we discovered that our coverage area could be improved. We contacted Hydro-Tech and they came out to our house 3 times to adjust the sprinkler system and added additional heads at no charge. Hydro-Tech has been extremely helpful and I can't say enough positive things about the service.

Great-they did a great job and very helpful for first time irrigation owners. Very patient and responsive as adjustments needed to be made.

This was a relatively large project with a lot of landscape plants to be watered. The job took 3 days to complete, and the yard was totally torn up and returned to its natural condition with the system installed and properly functioning. I was totally amazed with how professional and efficient the team was; there was no apparent disruption or trauma to a single plant. I highly recommend their services!

The main guy, Mr. David Reese, was outstanding. Hydro-Tech Irrigation was great at setting up, explaining how everything works and even following up.
