Troy was great to work with and had the perfect solution to our landscape lighting needs. He is a professional in every way, but his personality is wonderful working with people. The lighting in our front and back yard was exactly like we had visualized. He listened to our thoughts and used quality products. The installation was flawless and when it was complete, you couldn't tell where wires had been placed and strung. He cares about his business and products. Troy was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had several irrigation contractors bid on installing a new irrigation system at our home on a large corner lot on a cul de sac and only Troy spent the time to really walk the property, understand our needs and was able to design the system for future landscape beds without our backyard patio and firering area fully ready. He did the job right with schedule 40 pipe, hunter spray heads and PGP rotors and even installed the smart hydrawise controller. I can control the irrigation from my phone, computer or Alexa and it even integrates with my weather station. As we finish the yard and plant the landscape beds that now exist this spring it's clear it was laid out optimally. Despite the large size of our property he had the job done in 1.5 days and spent the time to teach me how to adjust and maintain the system ongoing and offered to come by in the spring and tweak as needed since we installed over the winter. Troy White is an excellent resource for your irrigation and landscape lighting needs. We used this company for the irrigation eval prior to our relocation from Ohio, and then he came from an onsite education for us to completely understand the operation, maintainence, and made proactive recommendations to the use of our irrigation system. This is a top quality business that charges very reasonable rates for service. Troy White made great recommendations for landscape palms, lighting ideas, etc and really helped us to understand the needs of our new SC home.

He listened to our ideas; added helpful suggestions; provided insights into what was and was not possible and helped us through all aspects of the project. Whenever we had questions or concerns Troy was always available, prompt and clear with his responses. Nothing was left hanging or unclear to become a concern. The work itself went great for us especially since Troy had to contend with seemingly ever changing and more stringent constraints imposed by our HOA. Each of these constraints made the work more tiresome and difficult for Troy but each was addressed and worked through. All the work was done with such impressive skill and expertise. The work area was left clean and tidy after each days' work and disruption for us was minimal thanks to his efforts. Final results in our yard are spectacular. The final results are even more beautiful than we hoped and we're pleased with everything from the hard/landscaping to the plant choices and placement.

We are absolutely thrilled with our irrigation system! Troy was VERY knowledgeable with all of the questions we had. He took time to talk to us and answer all of our questions in depth. There were no ridiculous sales pitch or feeling like we were being pushed into something we didn't want. He busted his butt to get it done on time, despite it being a holiday weekend AND horrible weather. We are beyond impressed with his services and would HIGHLY recommend him to others.
