HORRIBLE service. Terrible communication and poor tracking of regular service. Customer Service is worst I have ever experienced. Very disappointed! Do not use this service. There are too many better options. Owner is arrogant and delusional about customer service. Sent text messages that were inappropriate! He should not be in business! 0 stars, if possible. Also did not complete service. Owner is disrespectful towards customers. Bragging about number of customers. He mixed up payments/billing for customers. He sent someone else to complete service and DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB. Save yourself a headache. There are too many good lawn care service providers out there to chose from.
