Garrison Collection

We live in a smaller town so going to a showroom to see the floors wasn’t an option for us. I ended up ordering some samples from them and they came super fast. We were trying to decide between Pebble Beach and Laguna Beach, but once the samples came Pebble Beach just felt like the right one. The color was perfect and matched what we were looking for. Seeing it in our house with the light coming in also made it an easy choice. Now that they're installed I'm so happy I went with them. The floors are light and natural and they brighten up our house. I’m so happy we ended up going with this one.

We wrapped up our renovation in January and I chose the European Oak Cognac flooring from Garrison Collection. They have completely transformed our home. These floors are stunning! I’ll admit, I obsessed over this decision for weeks, scrolling through samples and second-guessing myself. But I’m so glad I went with these. They’re holding up beautifully (even with pets and grandkids running around) and the compliments from friends and family keep pouring in. If you’re on the fence, go for it. These floors are worth every penny and look so much better than the tile we had before. So happy with our decision!

Avoid this company! Absolute garbage customer service and product. Showroom sample is nothing like what was received. They ignore you and won’t answer for poor quality control.

I just replaced my 100 year old oak hardwood floors with Garrison Crystal Valley White Oak flooring and they are so delicate I feel like I can’t even live in my home. These floors are NOT durable at all. You can’t wear shoes in the house. I wish I knew this prior to installing. I’m sad.

We had Distressed Walnut installed throughout the house three years ago. It now looks like it's twenty years old! It is way too soft and scratches so easily that in our opinion, it shouldn't be sold for flooring. It is totally impractical. The floors have been vacuumed every single day and cleaned as per the instructions. If you drop anything on this flooring, it either scratches or dents it. We don't even wear outdoor shoes to walk on it. Upon contacting Garrison to ask their advice, all we received apart from a recommendation of a Bona product to help with the scratches (that had absolutely terrible reviews and apparently created more issues), was a very abrupt email basically saying it was our fault for choosing the wrong type of flooring for our lifestyle and not treating it right. We have never received such discourteous customer service! The laughable part is what they state on their website '100% dedication to customer satisfaction' - this couldn't be further from the truth! And, it turns out that the 'contact us' on their website isn't even them, it a distributor who sells to trade only, not end users so they dont care about the end user. The Distressed Walnut looks lovely but the durability is zero and the customer service is below zero! We highly recommend NOT buying Garrison products.

Imagine being the type of company that doesn't back their product to the extent of someone a buying new wood floor and having the manufacturer say you ruined them in 6 months by USING A WOOD SWIFTER. Well if that's what you are looking for then look no further than Garrison collection. My claim was denied, but maybe I can help you avoid making the same mistake. Of all wood floors I've had, NEVER have I seen delaminating and especially not to this extent. Also even just the scratching of this product (where it hasn’t been mopped) is just crazy. This is not a realistic floor for anyone with kids or pets.

We just installed our Garrison Collection SPC NATURESTEP floors and I am very concern with the longevity of these floors. They can easy scratch and reading the maintenance care tips sounds unreasonable like don’t wear high heels inside the home. And the cleaning recommendations are unrealistic. Additionally, it also states you can’t have any gym equipment or weights on the floor. Don’t make the same mistake!

just installed Garrison zodiac flooring, was kind of worried. Couldn't find any reviews. We chose Aquarius, the color is lighter than I expected, but I love it, came out so pretty.

We put the distressed walnut floor in our house. We have 3 kids and it scratches and dents so easily. They cannot play with their toys on the floor. Even our installer commented how easily it scratches. Out of the 7 stair nosing pieces we bought almost all of them came scratched and one was completely unusable. The floor may look nice but is not practical to live in. Unfortunately I foresee needing to replace the floor in 5 years.

I have used The Garrison Collection Hardwood Flooring in several of my development projects. The quality is phenomenal, and the pricing is right in line with other comparable products.

I went to the manufacturer directly in Gardena to look at samples after being recommended as good quality flooring from my contractor. Even though I got the feeling that they weren't really setup for homeowners at the location, everyone on site was extremely helpful and very friendly. They had time for questions and didn't rush me even though I showed up 9 minutes before closing (due to a misunderstanding on my part about opening hours). Left me with a great feeling about the company and its products. While they seemed to have the most choice of the many places I've been to, in the category of wide plank oak with quality wear layer. Would love to see pictures of more of their wood installed as a room view instead of closeup on their website especially the Nouvelle collection which has "bow ties", as it is very hard to get an idea of look of installed product from a single sample board or close up. Also overall comment to hardwood manufacturers, it would be great to get more wide plank choices in warm grey tones!
