They added wainscoting, installed hardwood flooring, reconfigured my third floor entry way to make it safer, redesigned my laundry room to make it beautiful and functional, upgraded my builder grade built in/fireplace to a custom built masterpiece. Their team was amazing to work with. From the design phase to completion the professionalism was outstanding. Everyone who came into my home was respectful and treated it as their own. “Claudio Hortoneda, owner of B & S Home Improvement in Durham, NC is a gem! We have had him do two major jobs for us so far - the first involved drywalling over all of our ceilings after the "popcorn" texture had been scraped off, and the second involved a major remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms, including moving walls, installing windows and a large quantity of tiling. Claudio has excellent subcontractors for the elements of the project that he does not do (e.g. the plumbing) but maintains a level of responsibility and care for the house that encompasses the entire project. He is very easy to communicate with, very reliable, and does excellent quality work. In addition to all of this, his prices are very competitive! I have already recommended him to three friends, two of whom have had him do work on their homes, and they were delighted with the results as well as the entire process. Strongly recommended!”
