“This is our 6th project with Lenny and the Total Residential team. As with the previous five projects, this one was a homerun! This was the largest of our home renovation projects, a total primary bath makeover. We love working with Lenny and the team. They are professional and pay attention to every detail. They are thoughtful in how they approach the work and often bring creative ideas that add to the outcome. Every tradesperson (and I mean every) has been highly skilled, trustworthy, and friendly. “I will highly recommend Todd and Shane owners of S & P Construction for the great job that they did in the construction of a large 3rd car garage at our home! This was a fairly complex job due to the geography of our lot. Our home is a 2 story building with a full walk out basement on a fairly steep grade. I ask Todd and Shane to construct a separate "carriage house" like "wide" garage with a full basement to be used for a shop. This shop area could easily be a safe space in the event of a tornado because of the thick concrete walls and the reinforced shop roof due to the weight bearing designs to support a vehicle in the above garage. Todd provided an extremely detailed bid for all aspects of the construction which I truly appreciated and eliminated price increases due to that level of detail. I was kept in the loop on any issue, and the work was continuous with the only delays caused by rain during the initial foundation phase. Work began in mid March of 2019 and completion in June 2019. S & P is an excellent company and I would highly recommend them for any project.”
