“Steve and his sons were recommended by a friend, but I read reviews online before actually contacting him. Now I will never use anyone else. My project included a major kitchen renovation, rescreening my porch, installing some hardwood flooring, refinishing existing hardwood flooring, and some electrical rewiring. This was the fifth major renovation project I have contracted since moving into this house nearly 40 years ago. By far, Steve, Craig, Michael, and Emily did the best job. The quality of work, the honesty, and the dependability of the whole team is enough to make them my go-to contractors from here on. Every project I have ever contracted has given me an estimate of the time needed; every project has gone weeks and even months past the projected time frame. Steve sent me a calendar before the work began with specific dates entered for each part of the job: demolition, flooring installation, cabinets installed, etc. Without exception, they kept to the schedule and the project was finished on the day they initially told me. I was flabbergasted. Communication between me and every member of the team was frequent and immediate--by phone, text or email. There is not one aspect of the whole experience with which I can find fault of any kind. In fact, it was a joy to work with Steve and his family--when was the last time I ever said that about a home improvement project? What a nice and competent family.”
