“We had Stan manage and execute a whole home (1st and 2nd floors) renovation during the pandemic, working alongside Sandra from Saska Design. We weren't quite sure what to expect given all the horror stories about labour, building supplies and appliance shortages, but we had our project completed when anticipated, with very little variance in terms of supplies and product delivery, thanks to the advice and support provided by Stan and Sandra (Saska Design). One of the things that convinced us to go with Stan, was his commitment to after-project service. Since completion, Stan has come back several times, to address minor deficiencies and issues, and most recently spent a few days at the house, completing some remaining issues even though our project completed back in 2022. Most issues were minor (nail pops, etc), but there was an issue with tiles in our shower floor, which unbeknownst to all, were not really suitable for this type of application. After assessing various options, and in consultation with us and the tile store, Stan decided to completely repair the base, not wanting to have the issue recur, and further inconvenience his customers (Shout out to the XL Stone Team as well!). Such is his commitment to "making it right" and not leaving customers high and dry once the project has completed. We would recommend Stan (and Sandra) for your next home reno project - whether it is small, or whole home like ours - if you are concerned about more than just getting the project done, but also concerned about ensuring those small "post-project" deficiencies are addressed with professionalism and a smile!
