The post-project follow-up demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring that adjustments or corrections were promptly addressed. For example, we discovered one of the tubs was leaking and the hardware provider had given us the incorrect valve for the showers. Ron worked with the hardware provider to get the correct parts and scheduled his plumbers to come back promptly and fix the issues. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend Ron for any project.
