“Jay Martinoli and his crew re built 3/4 of my home 3 years ago. They showed up every day and didn't leave me waiting .His crew was respectful and fun to work with. He helped us plan an new layout for our home. He turned a house that was from the 1970"s and falling apart into a beautiful modern home. We had a 3 season porch that was totally falling apart he tore it down and built us a family room with cathedral ceiling and made it the same level as the rest of the house so it became part of our first floor greatly increasing our living space . He gutted out our old outdated small kitchen and gave us a beautiful huge kitchen any chef would love to work in now both me and my husband can cook at the same time. He tore the wall down between my dining room and the kitchen and made a open floor plan. He took advantage of every bit of space we had to open the home up and give us more living space. He also gave us 2 new bathrooms and the tile work is beautiful. While one crew was working on the inside he had another crew siding the house and putting a new roof and installing new windows. We are extremely happy with our new home . And the cost was reasonable I used to go to my friends houses and wish my home was like theirs NOW my home is even better than theirs. Thank You Jay”

“We worked with Doran & Macero Inc. to tear down an existing home and build a custom home on the same property. We believe that trust in you contractor is the most important thing and can honestly say that we had an overall fantastic experience. We first met with Paul Macero in late 2016. Paul took a lot of time to work with us and our architect to ensure we were getting the design and flow that we were looking for. Paul brought to the table creative and solid suggestions for design and layout. This time was put into our project before they were even awarded the job. The work proposal that followed was transparent and easy to follow concerning the scope of the project, materials that would be used, allowances and timelines. The areas we went over budget in were due to upgrades in material (such as the kitchen budget) or additional millwork that we requested. Throughout the project itself, the whole team had great communication, provided good ideas about where we could save money versus where it was worth to really invest in, and managed all the sub-contractors so we did not need to micro-manage the project or deal with schedules, delays, deliveries or oversight of the sub-contractor's work. The team's millwork (custom woodwork or built-ins) are beautiful and well constructed. We relied a lot on their suggestions for design and are extremely pleased with how everything turned out. No detail was overlooked. Deadlines within their control were met and the project finished in a reasonable time frame. Finally, quality of work, craftsmanship and worker's integrity are outstanding.
