“My husband and I recently purchased a house , it was old , but we loved it! Our goal was to make it comfortable , most important I wanted it to be warm . My husband is at work most off the day , therefore the task of finding the right company was on me. I asked for several contractors to come and give me a price for the project, W and W Builders Group was the 4 th company who came over, I met Magen and Gil, siblings, work as a team. The price they gave me wasn’t the cheapest from all, but something in their attitude was so welcoming it made me feel safe. They delivered everything they promised! “LAR construction and remodeling remodeled our kitchen, back entry and upgraded the wood floors, staircases and the 2 fireplaces we have. They kept the work within the agreed budget, completed the work on time and they were great people to work with... And most of all… the final remodeling project came out awesome! Daniel including all his people were phenomenal team. Daniel was very creative, cooperative and very committed to our remodeling in order to create our final product the way we would love. Some of our friends recommended us to pay an extra expense by hiring a designer and then give it to the contractor for execution. Daniel was able to do everything in house and during the work, he worked with us to see what will be the best solution to any issue that was raises during the work He had a great vision for details and he knew what we like but on the other hand, he was flexible to adopt our preferences and style. Daniel was very confident, available and skilled while making sure to keep everything moving forward smoothly. We cannot imagine doing this remodeling with anyone else... and more than that, we actually looking forward to hire them again in the future.”

They came on time, followed all of my directions, came back promptly if I thought something else needed to be done, and completed the project within the quoted time. As a result, I would highly recommend them for bathroom, kitchen or general remodeling. The cost was reasonable for the job done. “No 2nd quote! Yes! I signed my first ADU contract with DH! Either Sam and his team are too good, or I am too blind trusting, and so far, I think it is the former. Sam took me to work sites, and had me meeting designer Shon, on phone with his manager, Idan. The team works very well together. I like that. Sam has the ability to remove all the doubts and questions I have, and he is a creative problem solver I did not mark a 5 star because we just started. Sometimes, Joey don't reply my text right away, I understand that everybody is busy, and I don't immediately reply everything either, and on issues gating the progress, Sam is very responsive. All in all, things look good.”

I got this home knowing it’s a fixer upper and I just really wanted to get it updated just as soon as I could and in budget for a flip. Luckily Mark and Shay were able to draw me up a 3D mock up design and I signed the contract yesterday. I feel confident they will deliver as the mock up looked fantastic and both Mark and Shay were really professional I’ve had tons if not millions of questions since then and they have been super attentive.
