“We would highly recommend OP Builders. Right away the experience of working with them was different than other contractors we had reached out to. They are very easy to communicate with and they responds very quickly. The planning phase was very thorough, which led to the project being completed in a very timely manner. OP Builders team were very dedicated to getting the job done quickly so we could get back to using our home again. When there were hiccups, as inevitably there are in an extensive home renovation, they always came back to us with a “no problem, we’ll fix it” attitude. OP Builders sub-contractors were also great to work with and very professional. Our project included a mudroom addition as well as a gut remodel of the kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with the results!”

“Roberto Usubillaga, President of C4 Orion Construction, is a very knowledgeable, experienced contractor who more than fulfilled his contract with us. We reside on the west coast, but have a condo in Miami which was in dire need of a remodel, With the pandemic, travel was restricted, so we did the entire remodel via telephone and video apps. We relied on our contractor to do all the leg work from obtaining permits, shopping, purchasing, delivery of materials -- everything necessary for the remodel. He was patient, informative, reliable and provided excellent service and workmanship. Above all, he and his employees were trustworthy. My husband and I highly recommend C4 Orion Construction for this type of construction project.”

“Keith at Northern Star Construction did an absolutely incredible job on our project. We contacted Keith after our first GC was not going to be able to complete the project, and Keith picked up right where we left off and took the project to completion. He did a great job of taking the time to explain things to us and he was always on top of coordinating the subcontractors. Most importantly: he is genuinely a kind and grounded person. He was always honest with us and always looked out for our best interest. I would highly recommend him, and I look forward to hiring him for any future projects we undertake.”

“We have had a total renovation over 2000 square-foot apartment down to the studs. FC L did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Since we were doing it remotely (we lived in New York City at the time )most of the communication was through email with a prompt response either that day or the next day. They had sent us updated reports on weekly basis. As everybody knows dealing with the condo board is not the easy but they have managed it somehow. But their professionalism did not end there. Now if we need them for something small they are here the same day or the next day . That gives us tremendous comfort knowing that we can call and someone if needed. I can’t recommend them enough.”
