“My roof and siding was done by Amana GC. They did a great job communicating with the insurance company to get our entire project paid for through our home owner policy.. They were also fast... they had 6 guys do our roof in one day and 8 guys did our siding in one 12 hour day. the other quotes I received did little to work with our insurance company and told us it would take 2 weeks with a 2 man crew. I think negotiating with insurance companies is what differentiates them from everyone else. Times are tough and we did not have the extra money to get a new roof and siding. Having someone take care of the negotiations (insurance companies can try to make things so complicated) and not come out of pocket to pay for our new roof and siding is why I rated Amana 5 stars.”

“Our house had water seepage coming into the basement. Which meant that we had to remove all of our perimeter walls and flooring for the concrete to be broken up. After going through a few consultations we hired Rufarro Remodeling & Maintenance to refinish the basement. And without hesitation we would hire them again. We worked together and made all of our thoughts come to reality. They exceeded our wildest dreams. Martiez and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and worked in a timely manner. The crew was here everyday working a full day with no lag time. “Jaime Villagram, owner of Construo Construction was prompt and delivered as promised at the original price we agreed on. All work was completed on time and in a professional way. That was my first time using him. The next time was in my home. The dishwasher malfunctioned and flooded the kitchen. The hardwood floors all had to be refinished or replaced. Jaime took over with the insurance adjuster and got the approval to do the job .Job three was a leaking roof on my commercial building That was also done perfectly.”
