“This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail. We recommend USI to everyone, and will continue to use them on all of our remodeling needs. I sum up Chris and Gordon this way, "Chris and Gordon are promise keepers."”

“They always say that the best references come from word of mouth. I first heard ofTelion from my uncle who referenced him as one of the top painters in the DFW area. So long story short, we hired Telion for the painting portion of our phase 1 remodel. Needless to say they did an outstanding job. We were totally pleased. Which brings us to phase 2 of our remodel. To our surprise we found out Telion could do all of the remodeling/construction process. David has a lot of experience with commercial grade building. Which in turn, gives you a great quality on residential construction. For example, using a thicker lintel over a door or thicker rebar in pouring concrete. So we again hired Telion for the second time on a new master bedroom/closet/master bath/ and spare bedroom. We were even more impressed with their work. It took a little longer than we expected due to Covid and general issues. But in the end the work was phenomenal and David’s integrity was second to none! The question we always ask is would you hire them again and would you refer them to others? The answer to both is yes and yes.”

“Updating my review... Lasco came back, showed strong integrity and corrected issues with their initial work at no additional cost. The second time around, their communication was excellent and they performed the corrections to my satisfaction. They did use a new crew and new foreman. Lasco left a lot to be desired. They took much longer than promised (x 4), left behind a substantial mess and provided poorly planned, poorly communicated, poorly executed work. I really wanted to like them and their contractors but at the same time just wanted them to finish work and get the hell off my property. When they did, I spent several hours cleaning up behind them. There were screws, nails, construction, demolition scraps and spent welding rods Everywhere.”

“We have used Shane (Alcova Construction) on several remodel jobs. We also had him build our Lake House. He was always very professional and accessible during the whole process. Shane is very knowledgeable and sees the whole picture of the remodel which saved us from making costly mistakes. He also made sure the job sites were left cleaned. Shane is VERY honest and dependable, and his trades seemed to enjoy working for him. He was pleasure to work with.”
