“They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.”

“Tim Lutke, contractor, makes your dreams happenHe is a gem. He is master of his very skilled staff: construction, electrician, glass fitters, stone mason, plumber, and painters. Foreman , Chris, checks often to make sure if we need anything. Tim has contacts in the field which has been helpful in decision making. The contract for the job was met within the timeline given. Everyone was respectful of the property.They often reviewed the ongoing work. Outstanding completion of a bathroom, closet and repair of a ceiling which had a leak. People who see the workmanship are amazed when they see the completed projects.”

“I used Wow Your Ideas for a complete home renovation. The inside of my home was almost completely demolished then rebuilt into an open concept dream home. The owner, Meko Foster, has an amazing brain that can turn the most difficult ideas into reality. He is brilliant, professional, personable, extremely reliable, and ALWAYS keeps "your" best interest and budget in mind. He removed walls, ceilings, moved doorways, etc., all according to code. After the reconstruction, Meko finished the interior with décor. His eye for color, décor, and design is extraordinary, as he has the ability to coordinate and blend the entire space so that it flows from room to room. I don't believe there is any unique idea that he cannot conquer. Meko starts the process with listening to your "needs" and "wants", keeping you involved throughout the project, then miraculously brings your ideas to fruition. And, if you don't have "ideas", simply let Meko figure out what the space needs. With a small budget, he added just the right touch to another house of mine that enabled me to sell it quickly. His creativity will amaze you.”

“My favorite thing about Andy was that he listened. He also had good taste and a serious commitment to doing work well, but more than anyone else who ever worked on my two-story brick row house, Andy listened to what I wanted and to my questions and comments throughout the construction process and did the job accordingly. Work included: demo, roofing, carpentry, masonry, refinishing, painting, and sheetrock--all done in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. Andy is not your lowest bid. But your lowest bid is going to do a crappy job, and you'll wish you paid a little more and hired Andy.”
