“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“MDB did a complete renovation on our condo at La Mer on the beach in 2012. Our guests have commented on how beautiful and how well done the job is. MDB was very professional and Michael, the owner, helped us in the selection process of counter tops, plumbing fixtures, etc. We were pleased with the finished product and how he helped us save money. In fact, we have recently purchased a new unit in the same building and will begin a remodel in that one beginning in June. After interviewing a couple of candidates, we chose MDB to do the new job. If our experience in the new job is as good as the last one, then we will have made a very good decision on choosing MDB.”

“Darin and his team at Build Options are great! They are very professional, detail oriented, they will go to great lengths to make sure the job is done perfectly, and to the homeowner satisfaction. Darin and his team at Build Options jumped in and finished the remodeling project on our kitchen and wine nook when the other company that we hired was not doing a satisfactory job. Darin and his team at Build Options also installed the cabinets and did all the plumbing work for our wet bar in our lanai, installed sliding glass doors in our home, remodeled our guest bedroom, and now we have hired them to gut and remodel our guest bathroom. I recommend Darin and his team at Build Options to anyone who is looking to get a project done right and with perfection.”

“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. They did everything they said they would do and made our house nicer than it was before the storm. High quality work and fair pricing. We can’t thank thank you enough.”
