“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“Chris and his team gave my wife and I one of the best experiences one could ask for considering we sustained damage throughout the house from hurricane Ian leaving us in complete disarray. After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. They did everything they said they would do and made our house nicer than it was before the storm. High quality work and fair pricing. We can’t thank thank you enough.”

“I purchased a home build by Woody and JMiller Building Company. The home had already been built when I purchased it and after looking at many other new and older homes, I found this home to be unique and with a very good attention to detail. I looked at a lot of generic homes and found this house to have a lot of extras that others lacked... details that I thought made the home nicer and more secure. Woody also took it a step farther for us. Before moving in there were just a few left over items that needed to be completed and Woody stepped in before we moved in and afterwards to make sure that everything was done to our standards. He was proud of the home he built and really stood by his product, and I respect that and I am thankful for that. Especially because I live in the house full time!”

“As designers, we have enjoyed working with Harwick Homes for many years. The Harwick Homes team is extremely organized and attacks each project in a logical and methodical manner. At the beginning of each project we clearly define each of our responsibilities, meaning we work very well as a team - equally on new construction as with remodel projects. We have a great working relationship with the job supervisors in the field who alert us to any issues having to do with bringing our plans to life and the project managers in the office who help ensure that all of the product is ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
