“When we decided to have our kitchen and the floor in the adjacent dining room remodeled we wanted to support local businesses and find someone in town to do it. We're so glad we found STG Services. We filled out and submitted the Project Submission form on the STG website. Wayne sent us an email the same day and we set up an appointment for 8AM the following Monday morning. We were very impressed when the doorbell rang at 7:58AM on Monday morning. Wayne was quick, professional, and really seemed to know the business. We received 3 detailed estimates within a week and selected the option which included repairing the kitchen cabinets as needed, painting all doors and cabinets, installing new hardware, a new backsplash, new hardwood kitchen floor with heavy duty water based polyurethane and refinishing the dining room floor. We added staining the floor golden oak and painting a standing cabinet in the kitchen to the project and were satisfied with the added cost. Wayne and Justin were professional, capable and we appreciated the fact that they used plastic sheets to keep the dust to a minimum. They had a great attention to detail and were very thoughtful. We can’t say enough about how pleased we are with how this project went and with STG Services in general. We highly recommend them for any work that may be needed. They are professional, competent and we will contact them again for future work that we need done”

“We are extremely delighted to provide a review on our experience working with Trinity Refinishing and Remodeling company for enhancing our existing deck. It was a great pleasure to work with Yuri and his crew throughout the entire process. Right from the start when we were reaching out to several contractors about our deck project, Yuri stopped by multiple times upon our request to patiently answer all our questions and provide good insights and design options on the concerns we had on the expansion of the deck. Once the project was awarded to him, Yuri immediately filed a permit with the town and was diligently answering all the questions that town had related to the work. Upon approval of the permit from the town (which took almost a month), Yuri immediately started the work the very next day with his experienced crew. The crew were so dedicated and punctual that the work got completed within 7 days when it was supposed to take more than 2 weeks. Yuri's project planning was impeccable, as there was not even a single hour during the day when his crew was idle due to lack of material or direction. Their dedication and attention to detail is really praiseworthy. Yuri has all the required professionals (plumber, electrician, designer, engineers etc) at his disposal that he can have them come over as needed when unforeseen hurdles creep up. They did all they could to keep the customer happy even if it required extra work that they hadn't signed up for in the beginning. Yuri is very considerate to not charge anything extra when unexpected issues come up in the project execution and he had to leverage other professionals to resolve the issues and move forward. I haven't come across any contractor till now who doesn't charge to resolve the issues that are not directly related to them. Me and my wife are really happy to find a contractor like Yuri to work with. We were lucky to find the right person/company to approach for all our future house projects.
