“Cal Green completely remodeled my bathrooms, updated lighting, a kitchen update and updated doors throughout my home. From the first meeting Shai listened carefully to my thoughts as I shaped my thinking and decisions relative to the remodel and provided a timely estimate, answered my many questions, had a project plan, and had a great team. I would encourage anyone to check out Cal Green Remodeling. They exceeded all my expectations when they constructed our new 900sqf ADU! Construction can be stressful, but Shai made the process easy. He was extremely hands-on for the duration of my remodel. He made frequent visits and made sure we were always on schedule. The crew was skillful and respected my home by cleaning up every day. “We decided to go with this company for our kitchen remodeling. It took a little longer than we expected because of covid 19 but Their customer service was excellent and they managed to finish the project quickly after the lockdown, so we are happy with there service and the results came just like the 3D design. “I chose Tom for a few reasons. From the three bids that we received, I liked and trusted him the most. I having a background in construction myself, I was able to test him, as I did with everyone else. And I valued his honesty and work ethics. He was very good with explaining and answered most of my questions before I ask them. His. His price was reasonable as well. As for the end results, my wife and I were very happy and ended up giving him another job. The initial job was a shared bathroom. And later on we hire Tom to do the master bathroom which came out amazing!”

“No lie. I was dreading the remodel process. I was worried that someone would try and pressure me into a sale, or that it would drag on and cost more than I budgeted. But this was the least painful remodel I could imagine. I felt super in control and never pressured to do something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. The work was done properly and they helped me find appliances and decor that worked for me. If I remodel my bathrooms I would for sure call them back.”

“David remodeled our bathroom and did a great job! The house is over 100 years old and of course there were many things not right. He was able to plumb the walls and floors, fix the plumbing and electrical and get an 8 foot marble slab stone shower installed. David is very seasoned and has the gamut of skills to complete almost any job - from rough construction, foundations to installing cabinetry, hanging door and crown moulding. He will always try to make it right and not take the short cut just to complete the job. He is very precise in his work. If you want quality and attention to details, then David is your contractor.”

“We were in desperate need of having our bathrooms and kitchens remodeled and we are more then glad that we found Bay Quality Construction they did such a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was! “We have worked with a LOT of contractors over the years - we built one home from the ground up in Palo Alto, and extensively remodeled another one in Los Gatos. Kurt at PACM is the best GC I have ever worked with. He converted our unfurnished garage into a bed/bath/storage/workout room and upgraded the lighting throughout our house, and I could not be happier with the results. He is smart, serious, careful, respectful & diligent in thinking through every aspect of a project. He is also NEVER flaky - responds quickly and thoroughly to every communication. Unlike many contractors I have worked with, he is a straight shooter and never makes excuses or tries to shift blame onto others on the (rare) occasions when something goes wrong. If delays happen for reasons he can't control, he is apologetic & is works hard to find creative solutions. His rates are fair, and he has even gone "above and beyond" several times to help out with small, time-sensitive projects when we have been in a pinch. We even entrusted him with our house key so his team could finish up some tasks while we were out of town. We are continuing to work with him on several smaller projects. In short, we are thrilled to have found PACM and cannot recommend them more highly.”

“My rule of thumb is to get 3 quotes and pick the middle. I also tend to believe that projects can double in time and cost. Juan and Outertainments asked about our budget and then stuck to it (the only of the 3). Juan was very genuine in his feedback when we were getting our initial quote. Unlike other quotes where it was "yes" to everything (inevitably blowing the budget away), he helped us understand the value of some choices over others (e.g. cement vs pavers). Since this type of project was unfamiliar to us and we weren't certain on details beyond some high level things, he was able to take our suggestions and help us understand the final results. He was also flexible with giving us a few quotes as well as understanding what aspects could be split out to future projects. Abel (the foreman) and his crew came out and were PHENOMENAL. They were thorough and professional. They went above and beyond regularly. I joked with him on the last day that I'll be seeing him soon when we're ready for the front yard to be updated. I can't recommend them highly enough.”
