“1. I had them do two bathrooms for me along with two external doors, water damage repair and widen a closet door and add a new type of door. 2. They came out quickly to do an estimate and listened to all my ideas and concerns. They gave suggestions and were flexible. 3. They quickly got me an estimate and we’re flexible in making changes based on our specific needs and budget. 4. They were patient while my husband and I took some time to discuss our options and look at other possible estimates. 5. Their estimate was competitive but it was the positive attitude, responsiveness and flexibility that really sold us. 6. Once we started the project the workers were incredibly punctual, respectful of the space, kind, and amazingly hardworking. 7. I communicated primarily with Mary and she was very responsive and kept me informed of things and was helpful and organized. 8. Dan was also amazing. We had an after hours incident where I thought something was wrong with the water and he came over immediately. It turned out to be a minor issue on my end and I felt terrible but he was kind and helpful. 9. This was the first major project my husband and I have done but I have been around for many major renos and a house build that my parents did - the work these guys did was some of the best we have seen! The guy who did the tiling was incredible. Everyone who has come by has been so impressed with the tiling quality. 10. There were a few minor issues, to be expected with all the work we had done, and they were super prompt in getting everything fixed. 11. I am sure I will have projects in the future and I will absolutely choose to work with Amazing Renovations again. 10/10”
