“We have used Eight Brothers for two major projects. both projects were a great success and we are very happy with the outcome.
The first project, stripping and renovating a two story stucco wall, was completed almost 10 years ago. The wall looks as good as it did the day they completed it.
We recently hired Eight Brothers to remove the grout between a section of a 15 year old glass block wall in our shower and remove mold the recently developed and re-grout. such amazing craftsmanship. looks like the wall was never touched - mold removed and new perfect grout. I can't tell where the grout was removed and replaced.
Eight Brothers also painted the exterior of our house. They were the only painter ( of the three painters who quoted the job) who knew that there is a special paint used for stucco houses. I knew the special paint and was shocked the other painters did not know. Eight Brothers also advised us that we needed to add a few special features in the stucco to prevent stress and cracking in the stucco. They added the special features.
We were so thrilled with their work we kept adding more and repairs we wanted them to do. ALL work done to satisfaction.

“95 Custom Construction renovated my downstairs, kitchen, upstairs, front and back porch and upper deck and will be using them again when I am ready to have my basement renovated. I simply enjoyed working with Mr. Stephen Alves and his workers on this project. They made the work completely stress free, and worked around my pet's schedule. I did not have to send them to one of my family members home while they worked; and even they enjoyed having them around! They did a phenomenal job on my home and I am overjoyed with happiness at the completed project! I did not have any idea of how I wanted my kitchen or bathroom designed and just talking with Mr. Alves a few moments, he was able to give me design ideas for both and it turned out great. He knew exactly what my personality was and what design I would like and dislike. “Michael Shannon and his team worked on a complete cosmetic renovation of the wash room in my then newly-purchased condo. I knew exactly what I wanted done, and when we had our initial consultation, Michael completely understood what I was going for, and even made great suggestions to refine the project even more. All in all, the process from beginning to end was seamless. It also helped that I wasn't living in the space while the reno took place, but that also likely helped speed things along. Michael was always easy to get in touch with via phone or email, and quick to respond to things. He also made sure I understood everything that was happening, as well as ensured that all of my questions were answered. His team also worked well within the strict guidelines of my building, which was a bonus. Overall, the whole process went pretty smoothly, and just about two weeks after the demo took place, I was left with an updated bathroom that I am extremely happy with. Michael and team does extremely well with attention to detail, and really honing in on bringing the customer's vision of the space to life. And given the age of the building, he was able to highlight the areas where I could essentially save money where possible, and overall guiding me through as I made such decisions.
