“We've known Ira (ASAP) for several years now. He has worked on severa projects at our house; anywhere from painting, putting in floors, countertops, plumbing, installing cabinets, mounting TVs, putting in fence slats, etc, just to name a few. Ira is committed to the job 100%, and he does what he says he will do. He is also flexible, accepts feedback, and always willing to help the client with the best cost-benefit options to get the job done. One thing we also liked about Ira is his willingness to accommodate the client when it comes to emergencies, and unforeseen situations. We've had a flooded basement last summer while we were remodeling it, and Ira took the lead on helping us vacuum the water and contain the problem while we were working with our home insurance adjuster to resolve the sitation. We feel very confident recommending Ira to all home improvement projects. ira also does concrete work, putting in new roofs/sky light, and landscaping. It would be fair to say that Ira is jack of seven trades, and master of all of them! Thanks!”

“I hired Tartan Builders to do a complete basement finish, 3 bedroom, family room, bathroom, storage room and two work shops for our leather and silversmith work. We gave them our basic ideas on how we wanted the work to match our upstairs rooms. Phil was very good at showing me that some of my ideas were not practical anymore such as lighting he upgraded our lighting thru out the basement. He add this and that as it came up to make sure we are happy. All of his work is good. Of course after it was completed we had to call him back for a few minor paint issues. He responded in a timely manner. We have another project some glass doors to be installed. We will him to do this work when we are ready.”
