“I hired SES builders to work on my backyard in early June this year. They were referred to me by a neighbor friend that hired them and was very happy with the work and the results of the remodeling. The property was old and needed to have a real and massive makeover. The remodeling project was definitely a big one because it included a lot of features that I wanted to do and have. Before the work got started, I met several times with Eli at my house. Eli checked the back yard and took a lot of pictures and measurements of the existing space. Later on, in the 3rd meeting, Eli presented me a 3D design plan that was generated at their office and it contained how my backyard will look like. The design was excellent and in details. That gave me a clear view of what they wanted to do. I decided to make the backyard fit with the style of the house. The backyard project included all the turf grass with nice stones and BBQ area that is the main focal point of the entire space. After everything was approved and the work started, Eli took care of all the necessary paperwork with the city and he made sure that everything will be done properly. Their team of workers did arrived to the house early of each day and when they got started no one was late. I was impressed with the work ethic of all the people that were involved at my house project from SES builders. This proved me that this company is one of the best construction companies around. By having each day workers working at the house, it was very fast before I could see how the backyard is coming into new life and I was excited to see how it was all being put together. When they finished the remodeling, they made sure that everything was cleaned up and the space is ready to be use. I was extremely pleased with their work, and am finally proud to have friends come over and hang out in my backyard.”

“My family and I pooled our money together to get me a new condominium in Reseda, CA. We got it for an incredibly good price, but it needed extensive remodeling work. I needed to remove the carpet and replace it with wooden tiles, re-paint the entire place, fix up the wiring, and the plumbing and I needed to redo the entire bathroom. It was no easy matter. What was even more problematic was that the current house I was living in is being foreclosed on and I had roughly 3 months to move out. My step mom knew about US Home Developers through a friend of hers who hired the company before, so she pressured me to look into them. I was sort of new to the whole experience but US Home Developers made it extremely easy. They were up front about the cost and time estimates, and were willing to work with me to provide the best solutions for the limited budget I had. Every day I would come to the condo after work and see what has progressed. I was constantly amazed at the speed by which everything was taken care of. The bathroom was the longest and hardest part because of all the necessary plumbing. They redid the tiles in the kitchen, and replaced all the carpets with the hardwood flooring that I wanted. They actually ended up finishing 2 weeks earlier than I had to move out and I was thrilled because it game a lot of time to move in and get settled. As someone who was entirely new to the experience of having a remodeling job done, I was really amazed at how easy, and great US Home Developers has made the experience.”

“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“I was looking for a company to do my master and main bathroom renovations, but wanted to start out with a smaller project first - stairwell, ceiling refinishing, and painting - to see how well the company managed the project. I was initially interested in Treeium because I liked the idea that their company was doing their part to be a little more green. From the very first meeting with my project manager through to the end of the project, I felt I had all the information about what they could do with my project and how they would go about meeting my ideas. When we ran into an unexpected structural problem that required additional work before we could move on, my project manager was able to quickly adjust the contract and all the work was still entirely completed on schedule. Having used a number of different contractors for other big projects in my home, I appreciated most that they took care of the 'little things' to make the whole project look complete. They removed some fixtures to work through the whole space instead of taking the short cut of just working around the fixtures. They caulked the gaps left from previous work so that it would blend in perfectly with their work. And, they did some extra finishing on a couple of the walls so that the painting would look even more precise. I was very pleased with the work Treeium did and the ease of working with them, and am planning my bathroom renovations with them now.”

Although we love our home, it was too cold in the winter and too warm in the summer, and our utility bills were high. They upgraded our attic insulation, air sealed our attic, installed wall insulation, sealed our existing duct work, installed LowE insulation in our crawlspace, air sealed the old craftsman wood windows, and installed a high efficiency tankless water heater. They did a highly professional job. All the Harding Construction workers were very knowledgeable about everything related to energy efficiency and always courteous, prompt, and hardworking.
