“Vadim is a joy to work with! The crew of regulars is knowledgeable, dedicated to quality, and a lovely team to have working in your house. We hired him to complete a kitchen/dining room renovation project that had gone south with another contractor, and the contrast in workmanship and work ethic was night and day. Vadim provided some good design suggestions, and made it easy to make a few changes on the fly. Also, he sought additional quotes for floor finishing when he thought one was too high. Pricing for the whole project was transparent and itemized. For the most part the subs were great. There was one that was not up to par; however, Vadim deemed the work was unacceptable and had his regular guy come and fix it. They even went beyond the contract scope and touched up other problem areas. It was great having a contractor working in our best interest. I cannot wait to have Parksdale come back next year to remodel our bathrooms.”
