My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“Michael was an amazing, flexible partner. There is nothing transactional about how Michael operates: he is a true partner to help address even the unexpected issues in your home with an open mind and in a helpful, support way. While there are many firms and contractors out there who can do quality work, I think it's rare to find someone who is really in it with you and has your back. We had the work done while we were out of town for the week and every day, we received detailed updates with before/after pictures and full videos on the progress. That's the difference in working with Michael and his team! On top of of all this, the quality of work was exceptional. We had major work done on our house including completely refinishing our wood floors, painting all walls, and the most challenging of them all - refinishing all of our cabinets of which we have many. Everything looks brand new and as we list our house for sale, I am confident that the work done will substantially increase the value of our house with maximum return on our investment.
