“After getting several estimates, I choose the Keselman Construction Group to build a half-bath in my basement. They were not the least expensive, but the estimate was fair and I left our initial meeting feeling confident that the job would be done right...and it was! The craftsmen were excellent. Not only were they skillful, they were neat, clean and orderly. I was most impressed with the project manager, Ivan T. He is a great communicator. He keep me abreast of everything. I can't thank him enough. I can't leave out the ladies in the office who are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm so proud of my new bathroom. It's absolutely beautiful!”

“Erik is a salt of the earth. I hired Erik as my General Contractor on my very first flip property in Newburyport, MA - a flip project that was too large a project for my first project and a project that I was in way over my head on. Erik came into the project after I had already been tied up in historic for nine months. He worked closely with my real estate attorney, realtor, and architect to make suggests to ease us through the challenges of historic and zoning. With permits in hand, and a new game plan, Erik tackled the project of converting an abandoned row house into three condos and over 4,000 sq ft of living space with zeal and enthusiasm. One would have thought that it was his own investment, and not the investment of one of his customers. During the 9 months of construction, Erik was on site most days guiding his hand picked contractors and providing meaningful advise and guidance. Whether it was adapting more major changes in design due to the rerouting of electrical boxes to the maintenance room, eliminating the eye sore of meters on the outside of the structure, to the hand selecting of pulls for the kitchen cabinets. I can't possibly say enough about Erik and his professionalism. Kaminski Construction came in under budget, even after multiple overages on certain elements beyond anyone's control and several upgrades that I requested. It just shows you how hard Erik worked to make the project come together. I would not hesitate to use Erik on any future projects.”
