“Owner, Lain, superintendent, Mat, and office manager/interior designer, Kim, offer the utmost professionalism and decorum, and they hire skilled professionals who show the same courtesy. They added an apartment on the first floor of our home, so that my father-in-law could live with us. So, the kitchen had to be removed, and it became an open space adjacent to our new dining room. A brand new kitchen was added on to the back of our house, and they also built a new sun room next to it. We now have an open kitchen and dining room, which is very appealing. Our old dining room became my father-in-law's new bedroom, which is right next to his sun room/sitting room. Since we added hardwood floors with the new addition, the builder had to stain the old floors to match the new, darker ones. We also had them remove the carpet on the stairs and put hardwood with white stringers on them. New white, pedestals and spindles were added to update the look. Fresh paint, new appliances, trim, lighting, electrical and a bench for snow boots completed the project. Solid Rock Custom Homes made our house into a home, and we couldn't be happier!”
