“LTC did a complete renovation to my home. They took a home that had never been touched or updated since it was built in the early 70's, gutted it to the studs, and turned it in to a brand new home. Existing walls were removed to open the floor plan up, all bathrooms and the kitchen were completely updated and remodeled with custom cabinets, granite tops, and tile. Gorgeous sand and finish hard wood floors were installed throughout the majority of the house and all the exterior windows were replaced as well. The home was also painted inside and out. LTC did an outstanding job on my home. They had a plan and a vision for my home that was hard to imagine. I was blown away with the end result. Everything was perfect and completed on time! I requested and got quotes from multiple companies and ruled them in or out based on their responses. Salar Sayari came to our home, listened intently to the same description that I gave to all potential contractors (absolutely essential for apples-to-apples comparison), and prepared a quote based on our requirements. There was considerable back-and-forth between us and the finalists before we selected B.C.M. London, Inc. as our choice. Professional, polite, a can-do attitude, and making us feel that he wanted us to be completely satisfied - you can't ask for more from a contractor.The project was not entirely hiccup-free - but whenever we saw something that was not what we wanted/expected, Salar was quick to make sure it was addressed. As a general rule, anyone looking to do a basement build/renovation should always check as much information as possible to make sure sufficient and pertinent data is being used to make the contractor selection. When available, also look for any photos of completed projects, whether posted online in a gallery on the company's website, or directly ask the contractor if any are available for viewing on a tablet or laptop. Salar was quick to show us examples of previous work and used those examples as idea generators for our project.The highest recommendation for a contractor is whether or not they have repeat clients. It is our intention to have another project queued up for the spring of 2017 and B.C.M. London, Inc. will once again be selected for bidding.”

“Tom came recommended to us by Renewal. After meeting with Tom and getting other estimates, we decided he was the one for the job. We were adding a screen porch and deck to our 1925 house and we felt Tom understood our vision. He dispelled any concerns we had due to our sloping yard and drainage problems.His crew graded and added drainage, removed a stone wall and built the porch into the slope in such a way that works very satisfactorily. I really had no idea what an improvement it would be.Tom was available by text or email or phone through out the whenever we had questions. He kept us up to date with the City of Atlanta permitting process and the inspection process.When the permits were recieved the work began almost immediately.The craftsmanship of his workers is of the highest quality and his crew were very diligent and showed good work ethic.
