“Our basement renovation experience with De Vries Construction & Renovation (DCR) was excellent overall. After interviewing four different contractors, we decided to commission DCR to build our project. Dave De Vries (owner/operator) came well prepared to answer my many questions in what I would describe as an engaging discussion sharing his comprehensive knowledge and vast experience. Working from my own drafted conceptual floor plan, Dave offered many creative suggestions with minor alterations, which enhanced our usable floor space in practical and creative ways that I had not considered. Our home is a typical 1950’s bungalow in river-heights with a bit of a tilt and uneven floor, which unsurprisingly presented some construction challenges.
