After failing to get responses or long lead times for repairs, Chris provided a very competitive price and started within a few days of signing our agreement. We highly recommend their services as they are reliable, professional, clean, friendly, and did an outstanding job in managing multiple projects in several areas of our house while having to maneuver around all of our belongings which they covered and protected. Now that our stunning home is finished, I know we made the right decision. From start to finish, BayBeach is a first-class home builder. “A water leak in the kitchen wall resulted in mildew damage to our cabinets. GH3 was retained to work with the mildew remediator to dissemble to cabinets, open the wall for leak repair. Some of the cabintes needed to be rebuilt. This took place in our winter home in FL while we were 1500 miles away in the NE. These guys are professionals, high quality, and responsive to our needs. Kept us informed every step of the way by e-mail and phone and also worked with our insurance company on the claim. We would recommend them highly.”
