“Our hose spigot in the back or our house froze over the winter. Not knowing it had, I hooked a hose to it to wash the car. When barely a trickle of water came out of the hose, I turned it off. I went to the finished basement to be met with water coming through the ceiling into the family room and a bedroom. The water also infiltrated our electrical panel. I called Paul Davis immediately. Within an hour several staff arrived to determine the damage and to give me some options for addressing the situation. They opened the walls and ceiling to drain the water, set up fans to begin drying the carpet and clearly shared all the steps in the process.
