“I hired Lotos Construction twice - once in 2012 to work on our deck . Again recently, in 2013, I enlisted this same firm to repair a cracked & leaking cement foundation wall in our garage which included excavating around the foundation, sealing the crack from the outside and inside , installing drip flashing under the bottom siding board of the garage and while they were at it, a slow drainage problem in that area was corrected. In my experience, their staff was courteous, the service prompt, the work was well done, on schedule and as quoted. I believe the firm to be reliable and without hesitation give them an A+ rating. If and when any problem to do with my house arises in the future I will definitely enlist their help and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.”
