We very seldom see the level of teamwork, commitment and competency in the General Contractor team and the attention to the selection of the proper subcontractors. First impressions typically come true for us in both business and life experiences. Upon our first meeting with Chuck's team we felt comfortable discussing the project with Better Builder since they anticipated our questions and answered all of them without hesitation in line with our needs and expectations. Many preliminary options and product selections were discussed with Chuck as we refined our design prior to our submission for a formal bid. I mention this because it reflects a higher level of cooperation and commitment to our project than we were accustomed to on other builds. Keeping track of procuring our specified products and managing our deliveries was greatly appreciated. We couldn't be happier with the process and the end product results of our new custom home.
