    “The entire life cycle of the project with Proof Contracting from quotation, to project close-out was exceptional. Renovation included full demolition and upgrades to upstairs bathroom ensuite and main floor laundry room. Adam was patient and professional throughout our many changes and provided prompt pricing as requested. Quotations were always well detailed and provided clear visibility to our many pricing options. Mobilization and planning included extra thought and care to protect our existing flooring by placement of floor coverings, and plastic barriers were installed to prevent dust from becoming airborne within the house. Demolition was fast which limited the construction debris to a short timeline. Materials and tools were always stored in an orderly fashion to prevent any tripping hazards or safety risks during non-working hours. Material deliveries were well organized to prevent any construction delays, and project was completed as per forecasted schedule. Selected Subcontractors were also professional and provided an excellent final product. The final renovation results exceeded our expectations and we have already contacted Proof Contracting for their second renovation project in our house!”

    “We hired Da Maren Renovations Inc. to move a door in an office from one wall to another as well as tear down a wall to create a locker room from two offices. They were quick, tidy, and excellent work was done. You would never know there was a wall between the two offices. You would never know there was a door in the main hallway of the one office. The job included tear out, dry wall, tape, mud, paint, steel door movement, trim, flooring. t The work was excellent.”

    “We made an appointment with Diego at the Toronto Home Show Spring 2016. He subsequently came over and spent 3 hours with us on the first in home visit. We had a very good idea of what we wanted and in that 3 hours Diego took the care and attention to understand ALL that was required and even measured up our basement and put it into his computer complete with a 3D design rendering and estimate for work for us to consider. We agreed to the work to be done, the timelines and budget and all have been done with UTMOST QUALITY, CARE and RESPECT !!! Leo, the construction partner of Harmony is ON IT and I can't say enough about him !!! He has done a phenomenal job working with my wife and I and his trades in bringing to life what we, sort of, had in our heads and that Diego originally designed for us. I am VERY PLEASED with their work and its QUALITY and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any work that you may be doing in your house. Ours was a complete basement renovation and build out.”

    “I recently completed a kitchen project in Burington, On for a client of Wish List Home Improvements. Wish looked after the contracting side of things and we "Povey Custom Wood Working Inc." looked after the kitchen design, manufacturing and installation. The client was very happy indeed! However, what's not always noted or acknowledged through these reviews is the success and or the way in which our trades work together. I truly believe that a completed project will only be as good as every single component or each individual's input or service. This being said, the success of this completed project was in fact the result of not only outstanding trades and skills from Wish List Home Improvements but his and his trades ability to work professionally, efficiently and with the up most respect for each other and of course our client! I can think of not a single reason for not recommending Wish List Home improvements and there associated trades. I would happily work with Wish's team, in fact, I look forward to it!     “It was mid November, we had permits, drawings and a framer (Andrew M.) lined up for our 500 sq ft addition above the attached double car garage. 2 days AFTER the framers were supposed to begin our demo/ build they backed out saying they should have never taken on our project because of how busy they were. My wife and I were in a panic because we had to search for a new crew to start our project. After reaching out to 20+ framers we found Elevation Builders based out of guelph. We had 10+ quotes from a whole batch of framers and Paul not only had the most reasonable price, but he could also begin our project within 2 weeks and complete it before Christmas. By trade, im a finish trim carpenter so I care about the fine details. The way Paul and his crew tied in the new addition to the existing part of the house was flawless. It was my biggest fear to have this addition completed and to clearly look like "an addition". Not here! His workmanship and quality is second to none. If i need to hire for framing in the future, i wouldn't think twice and neither should you. You would make a solid choice! Alex B. Kitchener Ontario”
