“My remodel was just completed and I could not be happier. My husband and I were very worried due to a previous contractor who continually missed appointments when getting our guest bathroom done. But Raven and Pete really showed up and out. They checked on the progress weekly and kept us up to date on what things we need to do on our end. Our remodel consisted of the kitchen, laundry/extension of laundry for mudroom, and our master bathroom. We were able to handpick all our selections, but they also helped with the design aspect when I was stumped. Project took approximately 3.5 months or so.”

“I hired Simply sold to do a makeover on my 1982 home just before we put it on the market. I was referred to Simply Sold by my realtor. Ashley came out for the consult and I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and knowledge on/of the industry. After we agreed on the project Ashley personally brought out the PM and a lead from each subcontractor team she had planned on using, to make sure everyone was on the exact same page. I don't know how she manages to wrangle all those people but she does and it was a fantastic experience. The PM was great and came out every day to check the status of the project. Of course, as with any remodeling, we came across hiccups but I believe it's the way in which those hiccups are handled that sets a company apart. Ashley and my PM made sure every issue that came up was promptly taken care of. At the end of the project Ashley came back out to ensure I was satisfied and that all the work had been completed according to our initial discussions.
