“Good Construction is our partner in making our house a home. Good construction is our "go-to" company for everything construction. It started with adding an extra garage, then expanding our master closet, a custom-ordered front door, and then re-doing two bathroom remodels. The extra garage matches the existing house perfectly and people often say it looks like it was originally built with the house. The master closet turned out better than anything I could imagine with oodles of space for everything and no wasted space. The front door was everything I had looked for and couldn't find. And having to re-do the bathrooms just two years after the first renovation was not fun, but oh so worth it. Good construction did what the other guys couldn't do. Absolutely every project has resulted in value-added and excellent quality. Their process and systems for estimating, tracking costs, and invoicing is great for those who like the details. Scheduling and communication are always timely and we were never left wondering what to expect next. We are looking forward to the next project of extending the roof over the patio!”

“My bathroom remodel went well. I wanted to save much of the existing bathroom, but replace the vanity, toilet and the tub with a shower. Several other estimates would rip it all out and redo every thing. Mr. Fagan and his crew worked with me on this and did a great creative job blending in with much of the existing tile. Problems that came were quickly addressed and the workers were respectful of my family and pets. Job was delayed some due to a back order and a bent shower door frame which was out of their control. The estimate was a fair one and ultimately came in a little under. Mr. Fagan and his crew kept me informed of their progress, clearly explained problems, identified possible solutions, kept me in the decision making, arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves each day. I would strongly recommend getting an estimate from J Fagan Construction for any work you may need and make up your own mind keeping the things above in mind.”
