    “We recently purchased an old home in the Historic Conservation District and it has been badly neglected over the years. The job was to replace all the rotted wood siding around the house and properly vent the porch. Scott was very knowledgeable of restoring homes in that era and did an amazing job sourcing authentic materials. He's very down to earth, flexible with timelines and easy to communicate with. A few sub-contractors we hired for other small job around the house were impressed by the level of detail Scott and his crew had achieved. After work had started, Scott noticed that one of the railings on the porch were crooked and it was not in the bid to fix it. He called us to notify us that he'd like to take some time to make it right and we agreed, thinking he'll tack on a small fee. But he didn't. We're very happy with the work he had done and the pride he has in his work, it truly shows. We highly recommend him.”
