“Kevin Pawsey renovated our basement over a period of about 3 weeks. The basement was ruined from water damage and had been taken down to the framing. He did a complete job from insulation, fixing previously irregular framing, gyprock, painting, flooring, drop ceiling in one area, doors and baseboard. He responded quickly to emails and was very professional when him and his team were in our house. They respected our boundaries, and were amenable to changes as we went along. His estimates were accurate and compared with other contractors we inquired with. His quote was simple and easy to read, unlike other ones we have seen which make no sense to me.
