“We found VKB to be a great choice for our full master bathroom remodel. They provided their estimate quickly and out of the 3 other quotes we received for this project they were the least expensive. The work was done with care, especially the tile work, which took longer than expected but only because the workers were careful and meticulous with their detail. We were short some tile, and in these cases they clearly told me what I needed to go get, which was much appreciated. The allowances in the budget for the fixtures and mirrors and such were generous; in fact, we decided to buy our own at Home Depot and received a credit. We relied on VKB to arrange the vanity/counter and shower door, both of which came out much better than expected. My only criticism would be a few minor details were missed, such as the drawer hardware, which came later and had to be installed separately. Overall, however, we were very happy with VKB and would certainly look to them again if we were considering any other work.”

“We've had two jobs done by Tom and Bev and been more than pleased with both. The initial job was a remodel of an existing home office/guest room and adjoining bath. Three years later we engaged them again to replace our dilapidated garage with a two story free standing garage/shop and upstairs studio/guest quarters. She shepherded the project through the permitting and inspection process, making sure that no issues with setback or height restrictions arose. Tom was involved in every phase of the construction, dealing with suppliers and subcontractors as well as keeping us informed with daily email updates on progress made, problems encountered, and what the next step would be. He worked with us to achieve our design goals while staying within budget. Living in a construction zone can be stressful, but Tom's crew were great. The guys take very real pride in what the create. They went about their business with a minimum of mess and were always careful to keep the disruption contained. At the conclusion of the garage job we had an open house and invited the carpentry crew and their families. I would not hesitate to recommend Beverly Thomas LLC for one second and have done so many times.”
