“We had the pleasure of working with Mark & his team at B&E General Contractors for a "down to the studs" kitchen remodel and could not be more pleased with the experience and outcome of the project. Each and every team member from B&E is an expert in their field and settled for nothing less than perfect from start to finish. Compromise is not an option for the quality of work they expect. B&E stuck to a timeline and more importantly a budget based on the scope of the project and provided flexibility over the course of the project. As with any project, unexpected challenges come up, some of which are completely out of the hands of the general contractor such as delays on building materials due to COVID, but B&E was always quick to recalibrate expectations and pivot as needed to keep the project on track to the best of their ability. Customer service was second to none when we needed it and was impressed at the level of communication in which I had high expectations for given the hopes for our dream kitchen.
