“We bought a 25 year old home in Livermore that needed some updating. We interviewed three different contractors to upgrade our kitchen and decide to go with O’Brien Contractors. James O’Brien, the owner, works with Jennifer Bell, owner of Enotive Design. What a great team, Jennifer made several suggestions and with her designs, James and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen. We were so pleased with the kitchen, we had James upgrade and remodel our powder room, guest bathroom, master bathroom, build a new wine bar and remove our old fireplace and replace with a beautiful modern design. He also removed the columns in our dining room opening up the dining, living room. My wife and I can honestly say, we are 100% satisfied with his and his team’s work as well as all of Jennifer’s suggestions and designs. Together, they have turned our 25 year old house into a very comfortable, more contemporary home. He was reasonably priced and competitive with the other two contractors. We highly recommend O’Brien Contractors and Enotive Design.”

“Our experience with Cano-Eixo could not have gone any smoother! We needed to do a hallway bathroom remodel and I really wanted to approach this project as an opportunity to learn in the best possible way. This involved selecting the right contractor from several candidates, creating my own design, learning about permits, choosing and buying all the finished materials. The scheduling of work was pretty efficient. Each individual was assigned according to their field of expertise. I absolutely appreciated their attention to detail and cleaning up after each day of work. Aleixo, the owner came by practically each day to check on the work and to see if there are any issues. I really enjoyed seeing the progress each day and building rapport with each worker. Thank you to Mario, Jasinto, Memo, Jose, Mario #2, Ricardo, Juan, and whoever else I forgot to mention (like the one who textured the walls), and of course, Aleixo and Melissa! It was really a blessing to work with all of them! It also says a lot to know that most or all have been working with Aleixo for many many years. I’m now working on the next design project which is the master bathroom and I hope to produce another successful outcome!”
