“I needed my back porch refurbished and UCR was one of two contractors that competed for the project. Even though they were a few hundred dollars higher, we decided to go with them since they offered the best value by including composite decking and rails. UCR removed the old decking and reused the lumber underneath that was in great condition. They reinforced the deck structure, added the decking and railing and it turned out great. Gray decking and white railing just like we wanted. We are very happy with the results.”

He sat with us through the entire kitchen design to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that all designs made sense with functionality and fit. He often followed up with vendors to ensure we got what we paid for and received the best finished product. Dino was a great liaison for us to source the right products and subcontractors, we are not in the construction business and this was our first home and renovation. “Brian/Cody came in and removed a load bearing wall in our house that separated the living room/dining room/kitchen. They did a nice job and stuck to the original outlined cost of the project despite some complications with the town permitting process. They were helpful and answered all of our questions along the way. Our space looks completely different now and is just the way we hoped it would turn out”
