“We were searching for a contractor experienced in all facets of hands-on bathroom remodeling. Thankfully, we were able to find Steven and were very pleased. First off- we have a late-70's ranch home in Donelson that we've lived in for over 30 years and needed a total remodel of two bathrooms (master bath, hall bath). After Steve came out and gave us a quote and we contracted, we then worked with Steve in designing two spa bathrooms; from there, Steve worked with us daily in overseeing his construction crew (not subcontractors) to insure everything was to our satisfaction, from initial demolition to the end of the project. The master bath included a new walk-in closet (combining two existing basic closets), a large steam shower with steam controls, new faucet, sitting bench and wall niche), including new vanity and new toilet (with Toto bidet seat of course). New ceilings, new dry walls, painting, new tile and crown moldings throughout both baths, including new faucets, new plumbing, new electrical and junction boxes, new cabinet in the walk-in closet (the cabinet also serves as a location for the steam generator), etc. For the hall bath- Steve built us a free-standing shower where we had a linen closet previously, plus Steve and crew installed a fantastic over-sized air -jetted tub from American Standard which is the bomb. New LED lighted mirror, new vanity, new faucets, new toilet with bidet seat, subway tile plus some beautiful glass tile for a waterfall effect and a sliding shower door installed in hall bath, including new light fixtures, can ceiling lights and exhaust fans in both baths. Steve also smoothed out the popcorn ceiling in our master bed room and installed new lightings and crown moldings. We worked with Steve in picking out the tile, and Steve also provided guidance and suggestions on our purchases of all the faucets, lighting, steam generator, etc well in advance of the project kick off date. We hope to work with Steve on finishing out our basement construction including a new full bath with dog washing station.”
